My litter robot has not been spinning for the past 2 days, I finally got time this evening to disassemble it and try to fix it. My symptoms were: flashing blue indicator light (as if box is as full when it was empty) and if by some miracle it did cycle it would stop after dumping the clumps down below.

Feb 28, 2022 · I have a Litter Robot 3 which I purchased in April 2021. S/N LR3171595. Order #: 1085085. About a week ago the yellow light for the pinch sensor started flashing rapidly. At first I was able to take the unit apart and use a soft brush to clean litter and dust out of the base and this would fix the problem. Litter-Robot 4 Size. Compared to Litter-Robot 3, the Litter-Robot 4 is a bit smaller measuring 22 x 27 x 29.5 inches. The Litter-Robot 4 offers two designs: one with a step and the other with a handle. The handle-equipped type is best for cats who like to enter the unit directly without utilizing the step.

Litter-Robot is equipped with Anti-Pinch Sensors on both sides of the Waste Drawer Chute to ensure your cat’s safety while in use. These sensors monitor for potential pinch conditions at all times. If your unit displays a yellow ping-pong light bar, this indicates that the Anti-Pinch Sensors have been activated.Look at the top of the base. Turned out that the DFI board (the two PCBs on either side of the opening) was busted. You can order a new DFI kit for $80 off the litter robot website.
