God damn the crab raiders, fake skeletons and Reavers. There's a great spot near the lakes but the raids are fucking BUSINESS. You need a huge, 70s+ skill group with Masterwork everything to make it. Some of those raids make UC/HN raids look like a cake walk. It's also pretty close to Black Scratch which is IMO best city to trade with in the game.
