0. I got no answers in over a week so apparently there is no such list. The best thing I found were the configuration files for the sandbox-spawnlist. You can find them under. C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\GarrysMod\garrysmod\settings\spawnlist. It is a bit weird to go through all the files but there is nothing better.

In the "garrysmod" folder, go to "settings", then "spawnlist_default". There, you should find a bunch of text documents. The one you want is named "017-characters".
