Montira's Thai is the best Asian food in The Dalles. On the menu they list their Pad-Ka Prow as one of their most popular dishes and for me it's one of my favorite dishes there. It's has a nice blend of chicken and non-leafy veggies stir fried together with a good sauce. Their other dishes are pretty solid.Montien has some positives that matter: Good food and service. The downside is that the interior of the restaurant is in need of an upgrade. This includes the bathrooms. We ordered a couple of appetizers and mains and were happy enough.
