You’d take that one and move it out of the Stardew folder (or wherever your Mods folder is). Then create a new Mods folder with all the mods for Grandpa’s Farm (and any other mods you want to play with). So when you want to play the save with Immersive Farm, make sure the Mods folder that has Immersive Farm is in the Stardew folder.
It wasn't until the next morning someone found him and while he made a somewhat good recovery this was indeed the beginning of the end for Grandpa.
