Western Express (Bethlehem, PA) - Orientation lasted two days. You take a drug test and watch a bunch of videos with some questions you have to answer at the end. After orientation, you're in the motel waiting for a trainer. You fill out a form that asks if you're a smoker or non smoker. This will place you with a trainer who is the same.Many of the office staff, Maintenance, Safety and Training departments are former drivers as well.
