May 18, 2023 · The arms have a relief where a 37 would hit and the sway bar is also curved to avoid tires. My shop said the trucks will fit 37s on stock tires without rubbing. Might be testing that soon. Not sure about stock height suspension clearance but for sure looks like Ford may be planning on a 37 option on the Tremor or the F250 line.

And my 6.0 is pushing these 37s around just fine. It'll be fine. Just do test fitting with rims first. I have 4.5" on 35's. 12" of gap in fender wells. I've spaced out for the extra size of 37's and once these wear out, am upsizing. Or just buy a Hypertech and set it to 37" tires and be done. Depending on the year of the teuck, the Forscan code for 37” tires also works without using the axle code.That half inch up front won't make a difference whatsoever. The 2020 F250 uses a shorter rear block, looks to be 2" vs. the 17-19 3.25". That difference again, has no affect on 37's but might give a saggy rear look with 2.5" up front. You said adding rear blocks, if needed, isn't a problem.FYI - Ford is putting a 35" spare under the new Tremor package trucks. So the weight difference you're talking is maybe 5-10 lbs. Carli arms really are more about bling than function. They are notched to give 1/2" additional clearance at full steering lock. This is completely a non-issue with greater offset wheels and 37s.Tried to get the pictures as close as I possibly could for comparison. Most 12.50 tires are designed for 8.5" width rims at minimum. 9-10" is recommended. Stock wheels are 8 inches wide. There aren't too many 12.50s that will fit 8" rims based on factory documentation.
